Returns:

Any item that the customer wishes to return will be subject to a 20% restocking

charge and the customer will have to pay for postage unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items will be refunded once we have received and checked the faulty item.

Fitted furniture and discontinued bathroom colour items are non-refundable.

Delivery:

All goods will be delivered in 2-5 working days unless otherwise stated/agreed.

(Fitted furniture can take up to 2 weeks).

Goods may be delivered by a third party carrier/supplier.

Goods Delivered Free of Charge to Uk mainland only.

We are more than happy for customers to collect goods or send a carrier (at their own risk).
